Product Description

A Self-Clinching Nut is a permanent internally threaded fastener designed to be installed into thin sheet metal by applying pressure. During installation, the nut’s serrated clinching ring or undercut displaces the sheet metal, locking the nut firmly in place and creating a strong, flush, and reusable thread without welding, tapping, or adhesives. Self-clinching nuts are ideal where sheet thickness is limited and high torque resistance is required.

These nuts are commonly manufactured in Mild Steel (MS) and Stainless Steel 304 (SS 304) to suit different mechanical and corrosion-resistance needs.
